5400 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the 5400 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all conditions stated here. Please read carefully before making any decisions.
Effective date: January 1, 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Account Creation
By accessing or using the 5400 platform via any device or web browser, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use our platform.
To register an account at 5400, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful within your jurisdiction.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only allowed to have one registered account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 5400 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact our support team immediately and change your password using the reset function available on the platform.
2. User Responsibilities and Prohibitions
As a registered 5400 user, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the established rules. You agree not to engage in any activities that could harm, disrupt, or negatively impact the platform or other users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5400 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the platform's security systems
- Sharing or transferring account access to third parties
- Using the platform for money laundering or other criminal activities
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Creating multiple accounts to unlawfully obtain bonuses or rewards
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or closure of the account, forfeiture of balances and rewards, and/or legal action if necessary.
3. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All financial transactions on the 5400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and come from accounts or digital wallets registered in their own name.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using available payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Internet Banking from supported local banks. Deposits are usually credited within the stated time during the process. 5400 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current policies. Users may be required to complete identity verification before the first withdrawal is approved. 5400 reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or violations of the terms.
Bonuses and Rewards
Any bonuses, promotions, or VIP rewards offered are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer. 5400 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice if abuse is detected.
4. Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The 5400 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or continuity of service. 5400 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
Users acknowledge that betting and online gaming involve financial risks, and 5400 is not responsible for any losses incurred from betting or gaming outcomes. Users are fully responsible for their own decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5400 platform, including logos, text, images, interface design, and software code, is the exclusive property of 5400 and protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. Users are not allowed to copy, redistribute, or modify any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 5400 platform may include references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. 5400 has no control over third-party content or privacy policies and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your interactions with them.
5. Account Policy, Suspension, and Terms Changes
Account Suspension and Closure
5400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if:
- Users breach any terms within this document
- Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity detected on the account
- Users provide false or misleading registration information
- Account found to be used by individuals under the age of 18
- There is a legal requirement or directive from authorities
If an account is closed due to term violations, 5400 reserves the right to forfeit the balance and accumulated rewards in that account. For closures due to other reasons, users may be eligible to withdraw any valid balance according to the established procedures.
Changes to These Terms
5400 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use after changes are published is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal actions related to the use of the 5400 platform.
